12:00 - 2:30 - Full Willy Wonka Rehearsal -

Scene 1,2,3 and Epilogue. (Everyone who is in Willy Wonka Ballet)

Monday July 14th DRESS REHEARSAL for Variety Dances ONLY at Scottish Rite Cathedral 

Dancers arrive at 5:30 pm.

Warm up at 6:00 pm.

Rehearsal will run from 6:30 to 8:00.  

This is a dress rehearsal, dancers should bring their costumes, just as if it were the performance.

This is a closed rehearsal. 

All Level 1 students MUST be checked in.

Dancers will be escorted to the dressing rooms by MADC staff ONLY! 

Safety of our dancers is top priority.

Only MADC staff and hired childcare will be back stage and in the dressing rooms. 

All dancers must be signed out by a parent. 

PLEASE do not send your child with personal possessions or any food or snacks.

A Non-spillable water bottle is recommended.

NO GUM IS PERMITTED IN THE DRESSING ROOMS. 

Tuesday July 15th DRESS REHEARSAL for Willy Wonka Ballet ONLY at Scottish Rite Cathedral 

Dancers arrive at 5:30 pm.

Warm up at 6:00 pm.

Rehearsal will run from 6:20 to 8:45.  

Wednesday July 16th Notes Night for all Level 2 & 3 at the studio, 6 to 8 pm.

Saturday July 19th “Variety Showcase & Willy Wonka Ballet” Performance

Dancers arrive at 3:30.

The performance begins at 4:30 pm. 

Level 1 students need checked in at the childcare check in table. 

Dancers must also be checked out at the end of the show. 

Sunday July 20th “Variety Showcase & Willy Wonka Ballet” Performance  

Dancers arrive at 1:30.

The performance begins at 2:00 pm. 

Level 1 students need checked in at the childcare check in table. 

Dancers must also be checked out at the end of the show.

July 7th - 12th is Rehearsal Week.

During Rehearsal Week there are NO regular classes

Friday July 11th

5:30 - 5:50

Daddy Daughter rehearsal 

5:50 - 6:40

Wands and Wings graduation - if you received an invitation, please attend this ceremony. 

Thursday July 17th DRESS REHEARSAL at Scottish Rite Cathedral 

Dancers arrive at 6:00 pm.

Rehearsal will run from 6:15 to 7:45 

This is a dress rehearsal, dancers should arrive in costume, just as if it were the performance.

This is a closed rehearsal.

Parents please check your dancers in at the childcare check in table.

Dancers arrive at 12:30.

The performance begins at 1:00 pm. 

Dancers should arrive in full costume, with a cover up on. 

Please check your child in at the childcare check in table. 

Dancers must also be checked out at the end of the show.
